There's a narrow window before standing water starts causing secondary damage. Our Water Extraction process is built entirely around closing that window as fast as possible.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate water extraction specialist will have them ready.
Truck-mount power means faster removal on carpet, pad, and hard flooring alike.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
No surprise per-gallon charges — the quoted rate is the rate you pay.
Every piece of water extraction work below follows the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Specialized extraction wands lift water from between hardwood boards without forcing more moisture underneath.
Pad almost always holds water longer than the carpet surface, so we test and extract both separately.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Crews staged locally get to your address quickly, equipment already loaded for Water Extraction work.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
"They pulled water from under our hardwood without warping the boards further."
Grace T., Basehor"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Basehor"Extraction from our finished basement was fast and they explained the slab-specific approach."
Bianca H., Basehor"They extracted water from our upholstered furniture instead of just writing it off as a loss."
Corinne W., Basehor"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., BasehorIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.

Whether your address sits in the city core or a neighboring zip code, the same water extraction response standard applies.
